Q: I am really busy and I’d like the site to be fully populated with my text and photos – can you do this for me?
A: Yes of course. For an additional fee we can take care of this for you and deliver your site ready to go. We can even write the copy for you and source images if you need this service. We can also pull in the existing text and pages from your old site.
Q: I don’t find user manuals easy to use – how can I update my site myself without this?
A: We offer face to face or telephone training for a small additional fee which helps clients like you get to grips with the site and have confidence to do updates and management themselves.
Q: I’ve seen lots of other sites for less money – why should I pick yours?
A: For all of the reasons given! Anything cheaper than TENT FLEX is likely to be a template (in fact many sites way MORE expensive are built using cheap templates!). Many template sites fall down in crucial areas; their responsive design is poor, they’re not adaptable to your brand, they aren’t good for SEO and have many other shortcomings that mean though cheaper, they offer very poor value for money.
Q: Your site looks very simple – couldn’t I just build something like this myself?
A: The simplicity of TENT FLEX is deceptively difficult! We have years of experience at design and developing sites. There are of course platforms out there that will allow you to create our own site buta quick Google of key providers in this field show a whole host of issues with these sites. Not to mention the time and energy you’d put into doing this that could be put into building yourown business.
Q: I like your website but I don’t ever want to add copy ordo any updates myself. How can you help me?
A: If this is the case we can fully manage the site for you. We would charge you for a small bank of time up front and would carry out updates as and when you required them.
Q: I like your site but it doesn’t do something that I need it to –can you help me?
A: Of course. TENT FLEX acts as an excellent base site on which to add customised feature. Once we understand what you need, we can give you a separate cost for that customisation, be it a function or a design feature.
Q: I’m a new business so I will need a logo too, can you help?
A: TENT FLEX is a web product created by TENT, a design and branding consultancy based in the Tyne Valley. A: TENT FLEX is built to be as search engine friendly as possible. We also install the free version of Yeost, a plug in to help optimise your sites SEO. We can recommend dedicated SEO consultants or even an excellent DIY SEO app that will teach you how to do your own SEO in the time you have available each month.
